Cancellations & Refund Policies 訂房取消政策
To confirm your booking, you must pay 30% of deposite. The date & time indicated at our official website refers to Taipei Standard Time (GMT+8).
．If you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will receive full refund of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation 10~13 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 70% of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation 7~9 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation 4~6 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 40% of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation 2~3 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 30% of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation one day prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 20% of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation on your desired check-in date, you will be charged the full rate of accommodation.
※本民宿依照觀光局頒布定型化契約規定，收取當筆訂單房價總額的30%作為訂金，並依法令規定比例進行取消之扣款。

▲旅客於住宿日2-3日內取消訂房扣預付訂金的70%
▲旅客於住宿日4-6日內取消訂房扣預付訂金的60%
▲旅客於住宿日7-9日內取消訂房扣預付訂金的50%
▲旅客於住宿日10-13日內取消訂房扣預付訂金的30%
▲旅客於住宿日14日內(含14日)內可免費取消訂房
※登記住宿日當天若遇颱風、地震等天災害或不可抗拒之因素時，以政府公告之交通氣候等狀況，之影響作為接收延期或取消訂房之判斷標準，請於入住日起三日內(含當日)與飯店聯絡。
Cancellations policies 活動取消政策
Once booking, please pay the event fee in full amount within three days. Cancellations made 20 days or more in advance of the event date, you’ll receive a 80% refund. Cancellations made within 15-20 days, you’ll receive a 60% refund. Cancellations made within 11-15 days, you’ll receive a 40% refund. Cancellations made within 4-10 days, you’ll receive a 30% refund. Cancellations made less than three day prior to the event, you’ll not be eligible for refund. Due to earthquakes, typhoon, floods, war and other unforeseeable force majeure event, you’ll receive a 100% refund or you can reschedule the event within 6 months.
預訂活動後請於三天內付款訂單全額。如因個人因素取消預定的活動可退費或改期: 活動當日與前3日不予退費。活動開始日前第4日至第10日以內扣除全額70%後，退回剩餘費用。活動開始日前第11日至第105日以內扣除全額60%後，退回剩餘費用。活動開始日前第15日至第20日以內扣除全額40%後，退回剩餘費用。活動開始前20日扣除全額20%後，退回剩餘費用。因不可抗力因素(地震、水災、颱風、海嘯、豪大雨特報)而導致活動無法如期舉行可選擇(1).全額退費(2).活動延期(半年內)。
Refunds policies 商品退款政策
Our refund and returns policy of product lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
商品的退款和退貨政策持續30天。當您購買30天過去了，我們將無法為您提供全額退款或換貨。要獲得退貨資格，您的物品必須從未使用過且物品狀況須與您收到時相同。也必須將物品放置在原包裝中。
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
為完成您的退貨程序，請您提供收據或購買證明。請不要將您購買的產品退回給製造商。
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 在某些情況下只能部分退款：
．Product with obvious signs of use
．產品有明顯使用過的痕跡
．Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
．任何不在其原始狀態的物品，非我們的原因而損壞或缺少零件。
．Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
．任何在交貨後30天以上退回的物品。
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
收到並檢查您的退貨後，我們將發送一封電子郵件通知您我們已收到您退回的物品，並告知您申請的退款是否批准或拒絕。獲得批准，我們將處理您的退款，並在一定天數內退款到您的信用卡或原始付款方式。
Late or missing refunds 延遲或未收到退款
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
若您還沒有收到退款，請先再次檢查您的銀行賬戶。然後聯繫您的信用卡公司，您的退款可能需要一些時間才能完成。接下來聯繫您的銀行。在退款之前通常需要一些處理時間。如果您已完成所有這些操作但仍未收到退款，請與聯繫我們。
Sale items 促銷與特價商品
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 促銷與特價商品恕不接受退款與退貨。
Exchanges 更換物品
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and inform the physical address of your item.
我們只更換有缺陷或損壞的物品。如果您需要用它換取相同的物品，請來信與我們聯絡並告知您收貨地址。
Gifts 禮品
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
如果該商品在購買被標記為禮物並直接運送給您時，您將收到等同於退貨價值的禮品積分。收到退回的物品後，將郵寄您電子禮券。
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
如果該商品在購買時未標記為禮物，或者送禮人將訂單商品寄給了他們自己再送給您，我們將向送禮人退款，並讓他們了解您的退貨情況。
Shipping returns 運費
To return your product, you should mail your product to: No. 51-7, Liqiu, Jinfeng Township, Taitung County, Taiwan. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
要退回您的產品，請將產品郵寄至台東縣金峰鄉歷坵45-1號。運費不可退還，您將自行承擔退回商品的運費，退貨運費將從您的退款中扣除。
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
根據您居住的地方，換貨產品送達所需的時間會有所不同。我們不保證會收到您退回的物品，如果您要退回昂貴的物品，可以考慮使用可追踪的運輸服務或購買運輸保險。
